Bring crusts to room temperature for fifteen minutes before using.
Pat crust into pie plate. Cover bottom of crust with carrots. Add broccoli on top of carrots.
Cover in layers.
Add first jar of gravy.
Cover as well as possible.
Add cooked chicken breast.
Cover with second jar of gravy.
Place second crust on top. Make sure to make holes in top to allow steam to escape! Place on cookie sheet to catch any possible drips. Cook at 375 for about 45-55 minutes.
Here is pie baked and ready to eat.
Serve with cranberry sauce!
